Each tablet contains Etoricoxib 60 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg.

Etorica P is a fixed-dose combination of the selective COX-2 inhibitor Etoricoxib and the analgesic-antipyretic Paracetamol, formulated to provide effective relief from pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal and arthritic disorders. The combination offers potent anti-inflammatory action together with enhanced analgesic and antipyretic effects, helping improve pain control and functional mobility in patients with acute and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Etorica P is indicated for the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other painful inflammatory musculoskeletal disorders requiring both anti-inflammatory and analgesic therapy.

Etoricoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor that reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins from arachidonic acid, thereby providing potent anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects while minimizing inhibition of COX-1. Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic that raises the pain threshold and reduces fever through inhibition of central prostaglandin synthesis. Although it provides effective pain relief and fever reduction, it possesses minimal anti-inflammatory activity.

The recommended dosage is one tablet orally once daily, or as directed by the treating physician.

Etorica P is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Etoricoxib, Paracetamol, or any component of the formulation, as well as in patients with active peptic ulcer disease or active gastrointestinal bleeding.
