Microliv Forte Tablets combine Metadoxine, Silymarin, and L-Ornithine L-Aspartate (LOLA) to provide comprehensive hepatoprotective support in patients with chronic liver disorders. The formulation helps improve liver function by reducing ammonia levels, protecting hepatocytes from oxidative damage, promoting regeneration of liver cells, and supporting recovery in chronic liver disease and cirrhosis. L-Ornithine L-Aspartate (LOLA) enhances the detoxification of ammonia by promoting its conversion into urea and glutamine, thereby reducing hyperammonemia and improving liver function in patients with impaired hepatic metabolism.Metadoxine is a hepatoprotective agent that supports liver function and is particularly beneficial in fatty liver associated with chronic alcohol use. It helps reduce oxidative stress and supports hepatic recovery.Silymarin, a natural flavonolignan complex extracted from Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum), possesses antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and hepatoprotective properties. It stabilizes hepatocyte membranes, scavenges free radicals, and promotes regeneration of damaged liver cells, thereby supporting overall liver health.

The recommended dose is 1–2 tablets daily, or as directed by the physician.

Microliv Forte Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Metadoxine, Silymarin, L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, or any component of the formulation.
