Each formulation contains Montelukast 4 mg and Levocetirizine 2.5 mg per 5 ml / tablet.

Pediatric dual-action anti-allergic formulation combining leukotriene receptor antagonist and antihistaminic activities for effective management of allergic rhinitis. Provides relief from sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, and associated allergic symptoms.

Indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in pediatric patients.

Montelukast inhibits the physiologic actions of leukotriene LTD4 at CysLT1 receptors, thereby reducing airway inflammation and allergic responses associated with allergic rhinitis. Levocetirizine, the active R-enantiomer of cetirizine, is a potent and selective peripheral H1-receptor antagonist that relieves histamine-mediated allergic symptoms.

Montral Kid Tablets: Children aged 2–5 years: One tablet once daily. Montral Syrup: Children aged 2–5 years: 5 ml syrup once daily using the provided measuring cup or as directed by the physician. Safety and effectiveness in children below 2 years of age have not been established.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to montelukast, levocetirizine, cetirizine, or any component of the formulation. Contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment with creatinine clearance below 10 mL/min.
