Moxigram D Eye Drops combine two complementary agents for the management of postoperative ocular infections and inflammation. Moxifloxacin is a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, and repair, resulting in bacterial cell death. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that suppresses the inflammatory response to a variety of stimuli, thereby reducing postoperative inflammation, redness, pain, and swelling.

Instill one drop into the affected eye every 4–6 hours, or as directed by the ophthalmologist.
