Each tablet contains Paracetamol 325 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg, and Caffeine 30 mg.

New DoloCold Tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of fever associated with the common cold and nasal congestion in adults. The formulation also helps relieve headache, body aches, sneezing, runny nose, and other upper respiratory tract symptoms associated with viral infections.

Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis within the central nervous system. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic alpha-adrenergic agonist that causes vasoconstriction of nasal blood vessels, thereby relieving nasal congestion. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a first-generation H1-antihistamine that reduces allergic symptoms such as sneezing, rhinorrhea, and watery eyes by blocking histamine receptors. The usual recommended dosage is 1–2 tablets three times daily, or as directed by the physician.
