Each uncoated tablet contains Nimesulide BP 100 mg + Paracetamol IP 325 mg

Combination analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory formulation used for effective relief from pain, inflammation and fever associated with musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions.

Indicated for inflammatory conditions including joint disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, post-traumatic pain, post-operative painful conditions and fever.

Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase-mediated prostaglandin synthesis, thereby reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic agent that inhibits prostaglandin synthesis primarily within the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever.

One tablet twice daily after meals or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to nimesulide, paracetamol or formulation components, active peptic ulcer disease, severe hepatic or renal impairment, history of hepatotoxic reactions to nimesulide, third trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
