Olopatadine is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer that inhibits the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators. It also decreases chemotaxis and inhibits eosinophil activation, thereby reducing the allergic response in the eye. Ketorolac Tromethamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits prostaglandin biosynthesis through cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibition. In ophthalmic use, it provides anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, helping reduce ocular inflammation, discomfort, and redness. Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

OKT Eye Drops are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Olopatadine, Ketorolac Tromethamine, or any component of the formulation.
