Each capsule contains Omeprazole 20 mg + Domperidone 10 mg.

Omiflux Capsules combine Omeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, with Domperidone, a prokinetic and anti-emetic agent, to provide effective relief from Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). The dual-action formulation suppresses gastric acid secretion while enhancing gastric motility and increasing lower esophageal sphincter tone, making it beneficial for patients whose GERD symptoms are not adequately controlled with Omeprazole alone.

Omiflux Capsules are indicated for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in patients who do not respond adequately to Omeprazole alone.

Omeprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells. Domperidone is a peripheral dopamine D2-receptor antagonist that enhances gastric and small intestinal motility, increases lower esophageal sphincter (LES) resting pressure, promotes gastric emptying, and helps relieve symptoms of reflux esophagitis.

The recommended dosage is one capsule once daily before meals, or as directed by the physician.

Omiflux Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Omeprazole, Domperidone, or any component of the formulation. Omeprazole, like other proton pump inhibitors, should not be used concomitantly with nelfinavir.
