Each enteric-coated tablet contains Pantoprazole 40 mg.

Pantocar Enteric-Coated Tablets contain Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that provides potent and long-lasting suppression of gastric acid secretion. It effectively promotes healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers while providing symptomatic relief in Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) through sustained acid control.

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the final step of gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. This results in prolonged reduction of gastric acid production and facilitates healing of acid-related disorders.

The recommended dosage is 40 mg once daily in the morning, 30–60 minutes before breakfast, or as directed by the physician.

Pantocar Enteric-Coated Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, substituted benzimidazoles, or any component of the formulation.
