Pantocar L Capsules are indicated for the short-term treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) in adult patients who do not respond adequately to proton pump inhibitor (PPI) therapy alone.

Pantoprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by specifically inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme in gastric parietal cells. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic agent that blocks enteric dopamine (D2) receptors and acts as an agonist at serotonin (5-HT4) receptors, thereby enhancing gastrointestinal motility, promoting gastric emptying, and relieving reflux symptoms.

The recommended dosage is one capsule once daily before meals, or as directed by the physician.

Pantocar L Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, Levosulpiride, substituted benzimidazoles, or any component of the formulation.
