Each enteric-coated tablet contains Pantoprazole 40 mg.

Pantotab Enteric-Coated Tablets contain Pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that provides effective and long-lasting suppression of gastric acid secretion. It promotes healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers while providing relief from symptoms associated with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the final step of gastric acid secretion by covalently binding to the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. This results in prolonged inhibition of gastric acid production and promotes healing of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

The recommended dosage is 40 mg once daily in the morning, 30–60 minutes before breakfast, or as directed by the physician.

Pantotab Enteric-Coated Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole or any component of the formulation.
