Each capsule contains Rabeprazole 20 mg + Itopride Hydrochloride 150 mg (SR).

Rabiros-IT Capsules combine Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), with Itopride Hydrochloride, a prokinetic agent, to provide effective management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). The dual-action formulation suppresses gastric acid secretion while enhancing gastrointestinal motility and gastric emptying, helping relieve reflux symptoms and improve digestive function.

Rabiros-IT Capsules are indicated for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. Itopride Hydrochloride is a prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal propulsive motility through dopamine D2 receptor antagonism and acetylcholinesterase inhibition, thereby increasing acetylcholine release, reducing its degradation, and promoting gastric emptying.

The recommended dosage is one capsule once daily before food for 4–8 weeks, or as directed by the physician.

Rabiros-IT Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Rabeprazole, Itopride, or any component of the formulation. They should also not be used in patients with conditions where increased gastrointestinal motility may be harmful, such as gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or gastrointestinal perforation.
