Each hard gelatin capsule contains Rabeprazole Sodium 20 mg + Levosulpiride 75 mg (Sustained-Release Pellets).

Rabiros-L Capsules combine Rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (PPI), with Levosulpiride, a prokinetic agent, to provide effective management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). The combination suppresses gastric acid secretion while improving gastrointestinal motility, enhancing gastric emptying, and relieving reflux symptoms in patients with acid-related gastrointestinal disorders.

Rabiros-L Capsules are indicated for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by irreversibly inhibiting the H⁺/K⁺-ATPase enzyme at the secretory surface of gastric parietal cells. Levosulpiride is a prokinetic agent that exerts its action through a dual mechanism by acting as a dopamine D2 receptor antagonist and a serotonin 5-HT4 receptor agonist, thereby enhancing cholinergic activity, promoting gastric emptying, and improving gastrointestinal motility.

The recommended dosage is one capsule once daily before food, or as directed by the physician.

Rabiros-L Capsules are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Rabeprazole, Levosulpiride, or any component of the formulation. It is also contraindicated in patients with severe renal or hepatic impairment.
