Travo Eye Drops contain Travoprost 0.004%, a prostaglandin analogue indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It effectively lowers intraocular pressure by enhancing uveoscleral aqueous humour outflow, helping protect the optic nerve and reduce the risk of glaucoma progression.

Travo Eye Drops are indicated for the treatment of elevated intraocular pressure in patients with ocular hypertension or open-angle glaucoma.

Travoprost is a synthetic prostaglandin F2α analogue and a selective FP prostanoid receptor agonist. After hydrolysis to its active free acid, it lowers intraocular pressure by increasing the uveoscleral outflow of aqueous humour. This mechanism effectively reduces elevated intraocular pressure without significantly affecting aqueous humour production, thereby helping preserve optic nerve function in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension.

Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening, or as directed by the physician.

Travo Eye Drops are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Travoprost or any component of the formulation.
