Arbitel AMH Tablets contain Telmisartan 40 mg, Amlodipine 5 mg, and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Arbitel AMH Tablets combine the complementary antihypertensive actions of Telmisartan, Amlodipine, and Hydrochlorothiazide in a single formulation to provide effective blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension. Telmisartan blocks the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, Amlodipine relaxes vascular smooth muscle through calcium channel blockade, and Hydrochlorothiazide promotes sodium and water excretion through its diuretic action. This triple combination provides sustained blood pressure reduction with convenient once-daily dosing.

Arbitel AMH Tablets are indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension.

Telmisartan selectively blocks the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, thereby inhibiting its vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects, resulting in vasodilation and reduced blood pressure. Amlodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that inhibits calcium ion influx into vascular smooth muscle, producing peripheral arterial vasodilation and reducing peripheral vascular resistance. Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that acts on the renal tubules to increase sodium and chloride excretion, producing natriuresis and diuresis, which contribute to further blood pressure reduction.

The recommended dosage is one tablet orally once daily, or as directed by the physician.

Arbitel AMH Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Telmisartan, Amlodipine, Hydrochlorothiazide, or any component of the formulation. The combination should be avoided in patients with severe renal impairment, where loop diuretics are preferred to thiazide diuretics.
