Each tablet contains Trimetazidine Hydrochloride 35 mg Modified Release and Metoprolol Succinate 25 mg Extended Release.

Dual-action anti-anginal formulation combining metabolic and beta-blocker therapy for effective symptomatic management of stable angina and angina associated with heart failure. Helps improve myocardial energy utilization and reduce cardiac workload.

Indicated for the symptomatic treatment of stable angina pectoris and angina associated with heart failure.

Trimetazidine acts as a metabolic anti-ischemic agent by preserving myocardial high-energy phosphate intracellular levels during ischemia without significant hemodynamic effects. Metoprolol is a selective beta-blocker that reduces heart rate, cardiac output, exercise-induced systolic blood pressure, reflex tachycardia, and myocardial oxygen demand.

Recommended dosage is one tablet twice daily or as directed by the physician.

Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to trimetazidine, metoprolol, or any component of the formulation. Also contraindicated in Parkinson’s disease, related movement disorders, severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance below 30 mL/min), severe bradycardia, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, and sick sinus syndrome.
