Hipril A Tablets combine the complementary actions of Lisinopril, an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, and Amlodipine, a long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. This dual mechanism provides effective blood pressure control by reducing angiotensin II-mediated vasoconstriction and aldosterone secretion while promoting peripheral arterial vasodilation. The once-daily combination offers sustained antihypertensive efficacy and improved cardiovascular protection.

Hipril A Tablets are indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.

Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that prevents the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, resulting in reduced vasoconstriction, decreased aldosterone secretion, and lowering of blood pressure.
