Each tablet contains Nebivolol 5 mg + Amlodipine 5 mg.

Nebilong AM Tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in adults requiring combination antihypertensive therapy.

Nebivolol is a selective β1-adrenergic receptor blocker that lowers blood pressure by reducing heart rate, decreasing myocardial contractility, suppressing renin release, reducing sympathetic nervous system activity, and promoting vasodilation, thereby decreasing peripheral vascular resistance. Amlodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that inhibits the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle. It acts as a peripheral arterial vasodilator, reducing systemic vascular resistance and lowering arterial blood pressure. The complementary mechanisms of these two agents provide effective and sustained antihypertensive activity.

The recommended dosage is one tablet orally once daily, or as directed by the physician. The tablet may be taken with or without food at the same time each day to maintain consistent blood pressure control.

Nebilong AM Tablets are contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Nebivolol, Amlodipine, or any component of the formulation, severe bradycardia, heart block greater than first degree, cardiogenic shock, decompensated cardiac failure, and sick sinus syndrome unless a permanent pacemaker is in place.
